Born: May 26, 1960, Truro, Nova Scotia BiographyI've lived in Nova Scotia for almost all my life and have been writing for children for about seven years. I graduated from Acadia University in 1981 with a BA in English and in 1986 with a B ED. I work as an ESL teacher for my local school board. I became interested in reading and writing at an early age because we didn't have a television in my house until I was about 10. In my spare time, I like to walk, go to Curves, play badminton and spend time at our cottage at Horseshoe Lake.
