Biography

Gail is a storyteller, author, teacher and librarian. Gail teaches three courses for the University of Alberta: Storytelling; Canadian Children's Literature for Young People in Schools and Libraries (offered as a distance education course on the Internet) and Young Adult Literature for Middle School Students. She is developing a second online course for the University on graphic novels and comic books and their role in schools and libraries.

She conducts workshops and tells stories at festivals across North America and is resident storyteller at Fort Edmonton Park bringing history alive through story.
