Biography

Linda Hutsell-Manning was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and moved to Ontario at age nine where she attended school and university. Initially a teacher, she has been writing for twenty years with most of her publications in the juvenile fiction category. She gives lively readings and workshops in Canadian schools and libraries and has promoted her work in Germany and Luxembourg. She has also taught Creative Writing at Loyalist College, Belleville, Ontario. Currently she is promoting her Wonder Horn Series with Coteau Books. Books include: Jason and the Wonder Horn, Jason and the Deadly Diamonds and, work-in-progress, Jason and the Portrait Snatchers.
