Born: November 8, 1934. Yorkton, Saskatchewan. BiographyBeryl has published articles, poetry and translations in Canadian magazines and journals and has appeared on CBC radio and television. In 1995 she won the People's Poem Award in the Milton Acorn People's Poetry Letter, and the same year was writer-in-residence at Wallace Stegner House in Saskatchewan. In 1997 she held the same position at the Wurlitzer Foundation for the Arts in New Mexico. Beryl has produced recordings for children including "Lullabies and Laughter for the Lullaby Lady" which became a Gold Record in 1998. Published Works
