Julien Chung is a designer and illustrator who makes pictures for children’s books. His work is on products and books around the world—from milk glasses to piggy banks, from Reykjavik to Tokyo. Julien’s art is inspired by his favorite childhood comics, the bright, cut out shapes of Henri Matisse, and quirky animals everywhere. He lives in Montreal, Canada with his wife, near a park with squirrels, woodpeckers, and deer. Julien likes to draw them all. So far, he has worked on a dozen picture books.
