| Mari Pili Rey is a visual artist, illustrator and author of two children’s books, Angelo’s Christmas Present and The King’s Popoopo Crown (to be released soon). She studied graphic design in Lima, Peru as well as Visual Art at OCAD in 1993. When living in Peru, she started working on children’s illustrations creating the main characters of educational stories for an international organization which provides aid for underprivileged children from urban and Andean.
