Bio
Born and raised in Toronto, Rebecca began her love affair with books the day her family TV blew up when she was three. She now lives part of the year in the woods in New Hampshire where she writes and talks to trees.

School Visits
Presentations adjusted for the need/age range of the group (usually geared toward Kindergarten though grade six but have presented to older students and adults!).

Usually included are a reading,the use of poems, drama and/or writing to encourage playing with words, making emotional connections to story and to share how creative ideas come from our own experience.

Also the process of writing a book, the need for revision and the roles of others (including an illustrator) in creating a picture book.
Presentations offer the opportunity for interaction and input from the students/audience.
