Bio
Masoud Gharehbaghi is an illustrator, author and graphic designer originally from Iran, and based in Saskatoon. He holds a bachelor's degree in graphic design and a master's degree in illustration from the University of Tehran.
Since graduating in 2016, Masoud began illustrating books, and in 2019 expanded his focus to writing stories and creating picture books. Many of his books have been published in multiple languages and distributed around the globe, including in Iran, Sweden, Korea, China, Belgium, Germany, France, and the US.
Masoud tries to create thought-provoking books with themes that include environmental issues, philosophy for kids, global peace and critical thinking.
