Bio
I have spent years studying medieval literature and history and writing stories inspired by times past. My first picture book, The Dream of Aengus, was a retelling of a medieval Irish tale. "That Time of the Month" was inspired by a medieval werwolf story. I spent 21 years teaching English literature and creative writing at Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario. I am now retired, but working on a number of creative projects and doing some freelance copy editing and proofreading.
