Having trouble choosing which book to buy your niece or nephew this holiday season? Imagine if it was your job to choose books for thousands of kids every year! Maria Martella, owner of Tinlids Inc. (wholesaler of children's and young adult books for schools and libraries), Rachel Seigel (Children and Young Adult Selection Manager for S&B Books Ltd) and Heather Kuipers (Owner of Ella Minnow Children's Bookstore) will join us to discuss the "other side" of Canada's kidlit industry, including expert advice on current publishing trends, the process of selecting books for schools and libraries and what (if anything) authors can do to help boost their sales.
